We are a running community with planned and organized training that tailors to the novice, intermediate and experienced runners. Obtain the tools and information you need to reach your running goals. Get fit, get fast and receive the necessary guidance to become a great runner with the CAC Running Club!
Coaches
Andrea Colvin and Matt DenBesten are Running Club’s head coaches and will provide guidance and training throughout the year. Andrea Colvin is a two-time Boston Marathon qualifier, AIDS Marathon Coach and Personal Trainer. Matt DenBesten is a certified personal trainer, USA Triathlon Coach and an experienced triathlete.

August 11 - 5K Fun Run @ Universal Sole (6:30pm)
